How can I track my packages?
When you confirm an order, it will be in Processing in progress until shipment.
Your package is then taken care of by the carrier. A tracking number will be sent to you by email.
You can track your package to the address you indicated with this number, on the website of the carrier concerned (DHL, UPS ...).
When a package is shipped by EMS / Chronopost, the tracking number is valid, but EMS does not give the daily position of the goods.
Products with free shipping are sent via Post NL or ePackets with tracking.
It may happen that the tracking information is not updated on the Post NL or ePackets website.
In any case, wait 3 weeks after your order. If you have not received anything beyond this deadline, you can contact us by email.
For large volumes sent by sea, there is no tracking number, but our team will keep you constantly informed at each stage of transit.
